I have a 2004 toyota camry le ( v6 ) and in one of your responses you had indicated that there are instructions from toyota ( service Bulletin) about the sunroof not closing all the way. I had this before I diconnected the battery and I had read that by removing the fuse or disconnecting battery ( same thing ) would re-initialize the sunroof. Well, that did not work. Can you forward the instuctions form the service bulletin to fix this issue.

Push the tilt up button until the roof tilts up and the slightly down
push the open switch until it opens all the way and hold the switch for at least one second
push the close switch until the roof closes all the way then hold the button for more than one second
push the auto switch to open the roof the push the  close switch once , it should now close all the way to its fully closed position/
