No noise or problems, check engine light just came on and stayed on while driving
? any thoughts

Hello, there can be many reasons for the light to turn on, if it's running normally it may just be emission control related,the car's computer stores a trouble code which has to be retrieved to diagnose this further, if your toyota is a 1996 or later maosdel you can go most autoparts stores like autozone, advance auto ,pep boys etc and they will get this information for you, once you have the code number information I can continue to help, I need the code numbers only, not what they think the problem "may" may be.
