Toyota Repair: 2003 corolla timing marks, valve stem seals, interference engine

Question
Hello,
I am trying to get the cams to line up.  I set the engine to TDC comp #1 cylinder. Both white links are there.  I can only find one mark on the intake cam (#1) but I find 3 marks on the exhaust (#2) cam. Talk about confused.  Not sure because I put everything back and the engine won't turn over (start).  I've got compression on every cylinder but now it seems like the engine has a harder time cranking and its making a louder sound when I crank it over.
I changed the valve stem seals and cleaned the sludge out of the head and lower oil pan. (tons) LOL Oh yeah, I left the heads on the block while I changed out the seals. Used air to hold the valves and with the tensioner still engaged, i turned the crank to TDC to get to #2 cylinders.  When That was done returned to TDC Comp #1 to put cams back.  Removed the tensioner only after TDC #1 was achieved.  Put cams and gear back, now car won't start with the before mentioned symptoms. Your insights are greatly appreciated.

Lastly... Where is that donate button?

Answer
Did you use a compression gage to measure cylinder compression? If so what are the readings you have, this is an interference engine and if it was out of time it can bend some of the valves, if you need the timing procedure for the cams let me know I think I have this info and can upload it to you tomorrow,
