Toyota Repair: pulling to left, sway bar bushings, shaft move

Question
QUESTION: 94 toyota pickup 4x4,,5 speed v-6. i have had a pull to the left took to toyota garage 1st time they found a bad brake caliper , the 2nd time they found pitman arm and idle arm were bad . replaced. took back to toy dealer to get lined up. it was good for one day the next day i let go of wheel and it drifts back to the left.i did find today that the sway bar bushings or bad but thats not going to make it pull to left. could it be a bearing to tight ? with the tire or the truck i try to spin wheel hub it don't move with tire and wheel on it does spin but not great ? when i first got truck the drivers side lock hub was locked in for like a month before i found that it wasn't put together right i did fix,the right side was unlocked.free spin. would this have anything to do with it.??? can u please help or give me an idea ?? or something i can check.

ANSWER: When it was aligned you said it was ok for a day afdter that then it started pulling again, pulling is mostly caused by too much negative caster. A bad wheel bearing can cause it but it would have to be really tight. It can also be caused by the tires, have you switched the front to the rear and see if that helped?

QUESTION: I did rotate the tires before.but i just went back right and moved it to front right.and same to other side.so I did take the front left and put it on the right. I did help a little more...see if this sounds strange to you..with the front of the truck off the ground.you know how the steering wheel should lock it didnt, but I can grab the the front of the wheel and the back of it like im going to check it for a bad tie rod. Well I can move the wheel like an inch or so with it locked I can watch the steering box shaft rotate. ?? Should the shaft move like that.could the sterring box be going bad after 113,000 miles .. and cause it to pull that little xtra more...????with bothe tires and rims off the truck..you can ( not ) spin the rotor and hub while on the truck...? Mabe the bearings are to tight?  The truck is in really good shape..was garage kept ...I am still trying things..

Answer
The wheel shouldn't move that much, if it can be moved that much without the steering wheel moving then the steering gear may be worn but you should feel a lot of play in the steering wheel, I think I would remove those front wheel bearings for inspection.
