Toyota Repair: 1991 camry wont start and no lights, fuse panel, fuse box

Question
I have a 1991 Camry that is a 4 cyl. and a 5 speed manual with 270000 miles. i had a timing belt component kit installed along with a water pump recently. also gaskets everywhere. i love my little car but the other day i went out to start it and it didnt do anything so i replaced the battery. when i turn the key on to start it, it doesnt do anything. when i turn on the headlights, nothing else comes on. no dash lights or tail lights. when i depress the brake pedal, no brake lights either. but the horn works along with the radio and dome light. Thanks for any help. i am stumped lol.

Answer
There is a main fuse in the fuse panel under the hood, it's either 80A or 100A and is larger than the rest and has a clear cover on it, most likely this fuse is open and needs to be replaced, the fuse is bolted in so the fuse box has to be removed and taken apart to replace this fuse.
