Toyota Repair: 2002 Camry Backup Lights, light fuse, toyota camry

Hi Ted,

I have a 2002 Toyota Camry (5 speed manual transmission/4 cylinder).
Recently, both backup lights went out. Do you think it's the fuse and/or switch? Where are each located?

Check the bulbs first, it's possible both are burned out, there is no seperate fuse for just the backup lights they are usually supplied voltage through the tail light fuse. On the manual transmission the backup light switch is located on the transmission case near where the shifter is located in the middle of either left or right side.
