Toyota Repair: passenger rear window, phillips screws, window switch

I had both windows put back on tracks a year ago. the one rear on passenger side came off again. I'm sure the plastic piece came off the arm. Toyota wants 130.00 again to put it back on. Can you tell me how to get the door apart so i can fix it myself?

The door panel is mostly held on with plastic clips but there are a couple of screws, remove the window switch by prying it out, use a plastic prytool if possible, look for a screw in the opening,check for phillips screws along the bottom, look for plastic covers that hide any other screws,remove the cover from the inside door handle there is another screw there, start at the lower corner and pry the panel off, disconnect the inner door handle control rod or cable.
