Toyota Repair: 93 toyota truck , 22re , died and will not start ., air flow meter, airflow meter

Question
QUESTION: i have a 93 toy, 22re , 5 speed , it has 114k on it and has been kept up very well , it has clean oil , good plugs , it's getting spark and fuel , and I'm stumped on what is wrong with it .

i was driving it and it lost power ran for about 45 seconds and died and will not start back up , i have checked all i could think of , it has good spark and i pulled the fuel line off and it's getting fuel to the intake , no check engine lights came on and all the fuses look good . i heard no noises when it died so i don't think anything broke like the timing belt . please let me know if you have any ideas on what it may be , thank you very much .          Terry .

QUESTION: ok so i tried the injectors and the light flashed , i also changed the plugs and it started up , it runs but cuts out when accelerating , i also changed the cap and rotor and the fuel filter with no change i also cleaned the throttle body and Air Flow Meter , what should i check next ? i'm really stumped , thank you for you help .

Answer
I kind of suspect a bad airflow meter I would at this point try another one  and make sure the electrical connections are clean and tight fitting. In the meantime check to see if there any any trouble codes by jumping the diagnostic connector between the terminals TE1 and E1 with the key on the check engine light should flash giving you the code, a code 12 would be one blink followed by two and so on.
