Toyota Repair: 2002 Prius, prius, cells

I am looking at buying an 02 Prius with 200k miles
My question is is the battery dies can just the cells
be replaced Is 200k miles mean it does not have alot of life

As far as I know the individual cells are not availble, at least not from toyota, there may be an aftermarket source that has cells and is willing to install them but I don't know of any, there are many Prius forums so checking there may turn up something.
