Toyota Repair: 95 Camry O/D On Off dashlight flashing, jumper wire, pan gasket

Just changed oil, filter & pan gasket. Added new fluid. In O/D, the light flashes. Not in O/D, the light is on like normal. Can't get it to turn off. Any ideas please?

There is a diagnsotic trouble code in the computer, locate the diagnostic connector under the hood and with the key on and the O/D switch pushed to the ON position put a jumper wire between terminals TE1 and E1. some light will start flashing, the O/d light will flash a code, count the number of blinks,There will be two blinks per code so a code 14 would be one blink followed by four and so on, let me know what that code is and I can try to help.
