Toyota Repair: Low Idle, air intake hose, toyota camry

Question
I have a 2002 Camry, 4 Cylinder. Just had the starter and starter relay changed last night. The  car will start now, but it won't stay running. The idle was off to begin with, low, less than 1000 RPMs. Now, after starting the car, it idles down from 1000 and just quits. Is this a toyota/camry issue that will reset itself or are we dealing with another problem altogether. It's never just died after disconnecting the battery before. The idle is weird, but doesn't die.  Please help! Thanks.

Answer
This happens a lot after the battery is disconnected on these engines, here is how to fix this:
Remove the large air intake hose that connects from the air filter to the throttle body> block the throttle plate open> use a can of spray air intake cleaner from any autoparts store and a stiff brush to clean the inside of the throttle body until there is no carbon deposit left. The battery should be disconnected while doing this, the engine will be hard to start at first but will clear out eventually and should be driven normally for about 15 minutes, the idle should then restabilize and be back to normal.
