Toyota Repair: 2001 toyota tacoma, blown fuses, starter relay

crossed battery terminals. Wont start but can push start. Replaced battery and starter relay. Turn Key, dash lights come on beeper sounds but nothing? any suggestions?

there are some blown fuses, with the key on check each fuse inside on the dash lower left and the fuses under the hood in the box near the battery, with the key on probe each side of the fuses you will find some that are open, replace these, be sure to check the 120 A main fuse under the hood.
