Toyota Repair: 1993 Toyota Camry, toyota camry, jumper wire

Question
Our 1993 Toyota Camry Le 2.2 died while driving. We changed the fuel pump n efi fuse. we didn't find any relays above n behind the glove box but there was some below n to the right of the glove box. Its getting spark but still won't start. Its turning over n everything. Any suggestions? Also the pump doesn't make any noise when the key is in the on position but it does while trying to start it. It has 3/4 a tank of gas. What does the fuel relay fuse look like?

Answer
The fuel pump does not run when the key is turned on, it will run while cranking the engine and then the circuit opening relay turns the pump on after it fires up. Under the hood locate the diagnostic check connector open the cover and locate the terminals B+ and FP, put a short jumper wire between these terminals and try to start the engine then let me know what happened.
