Toyota Repair: brakes, brake light switch, fuse box

the tail lights on my 99 corolla ce will not turn off i dont know nif its the brake stop light or what please help me thanks

It's most likely the brake lights. Locate the fuse box inside on the left lower dash and pull out the "STOP" fuse, if the lights then go off replace the brake light switch. It's located near the brake pedal arm mounted on a bracket, the plunger on the switch makes contact with a bracket on the brake pedal arm.
