Toyota Repair: mouse nests in blower motor, internal organs, steel wool

How can I discourage the mice from rebuilding? It has happened 3 times---
once two days in a row!

Answer
If you know how they are getting in, then plug it with some steel wool.  When they come back they'll start chewing the steel wool which will tear up their internal organs and kill them.  Word will get around and they'll abandon your blower motor.
