Toyota Repair: 92 toyota pickup fuel pump, haynes manual, pressure gage

Question
Is there a way to test fuel pump to see if it is problem with not starting? Don't want to drop tank unless I'm sure that is the problem. Might be relay too. Is there a way to test that?

Yes, you can place a pressure gage on the fuel rail to see if you are getting any pressure when you turn the ignition ON.
Some relays can be tested if you have the procedure for that specific relay.  The HAYNES manual for my vehicle has tests for certain relays, but electrical work is out of my comfort field.
