Toyota Repair: Vavle adjustment 95 Camry, haynes manual, rocker arms

Question
I recently purchased a 95 Camry with 2.2 L auto, with 205,000 miles. It runs great and my mechanic and I have done a few repairs to keep her in nice shape. I noticed the owners manual requires adjusting the valves periodically, and the previous original owner just gave me a funny look when I asked if she ever had this done. How critical/difficult is it to do this? Thanks Vince!

Answer
Please purchase a Haynes manual because this is a detailed effort.  Basically, you will need to remove the valve cover to expose the camshaft and rocker arms.  This is not a difficult task but it is important and time consuming.
I've done it on my '85 Celica with a 2.4 liter 22REC engine.

Hope this helps.
