Toyota Repair: Toyota Pickup, fuel, filter

My 86 Toyota pickup lose of engine power. It idles good, give it gas while in park runs smooth with plenty of power, but as soon as you put in gear it bogs out no power. I've changed fuel filter complete tune up even unhooked c. converter to see if it was bad, but still the same thing. Any ideals I would love to hear them, thanks in advance.

Could be a plugged fuel pump filter (There is a filter on the suction of the pump that traps any corrosion, particles, etc)  Mine plugged on my 1985 Celica GTS.
Could also be the pressure regulator on the fuel rail has failed.
