Toyota Repair: 1989 Toyota Pickup SR5 HILux 4x4 P/Steering, jb weld, vacuum valve

Question
there is a pressure switch on the side of the pump, one of the posts is broken off, is this repairable with super glue, or is there too much pressure going through the hoses for it to hold, and if it doesn't, will it hurt the pump?

Answer
This is a vacuum valve connected to the intake manifold with hoses, there is no fluid pressure in it, what it does is increase engine rpm when turning the steering wheel so the engine doesn't stall, it senses fluid pressure and controls a valve varying vaccum applied from the intake, the increase/decrease of vacuum adjusts the engine speed. You can try regluing it, use something like JB weld or an epoxy glue.
