Toyota Repair: 02 Tacoma Keyless Entry, key less entry, power locks

How do I know if my 2002 Tacoma has key-less entry? Its 2WD, SR5, Pre-Runner, TRD Off road, V6, 4 door %26 has power locks %26 windows. I bought a new remote from the dealer %26 have followed the programming instructions exactly as they were written. I can't get the truck to go into programming mode where it is supposed to lock %26 unlock the doors to confirm... I have checked all the fuses %26 the dome light is working. Am I doing something wrong, or could it be possible that my truck just does not have that option????

Contact the toyota dealer and give them the VIN# they can tell you what equipment it had at the date of delivery, in most cases the SR5 models had the factory keyless entry but it's also possible that it had a dealer installed or port installed system, the remotes are not the same. Find out from the dealer which system it had or if it has none, if it has a keyless system I will need a picture lf the remote and which system it had installed.
