Toyota Repair: drivers side front wheel, master mechanic, steering knuckle

Question
I have a ringing in the front drivers side wheel thought it might be the races/bearings going bad. It only makes the sounds when moving not a idle. How do i fix this? should I also replace the other side as well? I have some experience but I'm no master mechanic. Thankx for the help. Rob

Answer
In most cases it requires a hydraulic press to remove the bearing and a tie rod puller to get the tie rods off the steering knuckle then the steering knuckle is removed from the lower suspension arm ball joint and the strut, to help more I would need to know what year and model it is.
