Toyota Repair: 1998 Camry Passenger side rear seat belt stuck, rear seatbelt, seat belt retractor

Question
Hi
The passenger side rear seatbelt is stuck half way out. I could not see any fold in the seat belt. I was unable to open the back panel to get to the motor for further investigation.
Please advise how I can get to the motor and if there is anything I can do to repair this.

Regards
Sonny

Answer
The seat belt retractor can not be repaired, the seat belt has to be replaced. It can be accessed by removing the bottom part of the seat, just pull it up to release it from the plastic clips then remove the bolt on the bottom of the side cushion and pull it up, the seat belt can be accessed under the rear shelf, to lift up the rear shelf fold the seat backs foreward and remove the plastic clips that hold the shelf on.
