Toyota Repair: In dash CD player Toyota Sienna 2005, radio repair shop, load indicator

Question
My CD player won't play any discs.  When any disc is inserted.  the load indicator on the LCD display goes on for an extended time and then the disc is ejected. This happened when I tried at least four discs.  The same discs loaded on my CD player at home and play fine.

The radio/cd unit should be removed and sent to a radio repair shop, you can do this yourself but I would recommend having the toyota dealer send it directly the the authorized repair station for for your radio model.  It usually runs about $300 to repair.
