Toyota Repair: ignition key, key cylinder, release pin

i have 1988 tpyta camry crooks put screwdriver to start  i need to put new ignition  key cylinder but can't remove old  one out dont no how

If you already have the new key cylinder you can see that there is a release pin on the body of the cylinder that can be pressed in when the key is at the "ACC" position, you need to get the old lock to go into the acc position to release the pin and pull the cylinder out. The covers around the steering wheel need to be removed to get to the release pin, release it by poking a small pin onto the opening on the lock housing and pull the lock out.
