Toyota Repair: IAC and Throttle body, toyota camry, nylon brush

Question
Okay, I have a Toyota Camry 95' 4 cylinder. I am having RPM fluctuations while car is at idle, I also notice while driving the car jumps of around 500RPMS if i take my foot off the accelerator and when i depress it. It almost feels like the car will stall if i would be driving at lower speeds.
After researching the problem, i read that carbon and gunk on the IAC and Throttle body causes idle issues(after toyota dealership failed to propose this as an issue i changed my distributor cap, ignition coil, spark plug and wires). Since im not a professional, can i clean the throttle body and IAC hole with carbonetor cleaner without having to remove the whole thing? Does the carbenator cleaner damage the engine? How would you suggest i proceed.

Answer
Cleaning the IAC valve without removing it may not work very well but you can give it a try, remove the intake hose from the throttle body and spray the inside with the carb cleaner, clean the inside with a nylon brush, You can also use a can of air intake cleaner available at autoparts stores.
