Toyota Repair: 1994 Camry Wheel Hub, wheel hub, big o tires

Question
I was told by Big-o I should change my wheel hub.  How do I find out it is bad myself.  Also which other parts if any would be needed along with changing the wheel hub?

It's probably the wheel bearing not the hub but in either case both should be replaced if there is a bearing noise, sometimes inexperienced mechanics confuse a tire noise with a bearing noise, I would get a more professional opinion than the one from Big-O tires.
