Toyota Repair: blow out of the stop fuse, toyota corolla, screw driver

Question
It is a Toyota Corolla CE(automatic transmission) 1997 model.The mileage is 126645.
Whenever you shift the gear to parking position the stop fuse blow out. (The fuse does not blow out when you shift the gear to R,N,D,L & 2 positions). Then you can not shift the gear out of parking when you start the car unless you replace the stop fuse or insert a screw driver and press that button inside  and then shift the gear to drive. The brake lights are working fine as long as the stop fuse is replaced.
Please explain what causes this problem and how to repair it.

Answer
Check the bulb sockets in the rear, remove each bulb and check the sockets for burned marks or worn contacts, it sounds like the short circuit may be there. Remove the stop light bulbs and see if the fuse stays intact, if so you have found the problem area.
