Toyota Repair: A/C, side kick panel, fuse boxes

Question
QUESTION: have a 1994 forerunner v6 3.0 engine. Was driving today with A/C on and it turned off and just hot air was coming out of the vents. I checked the engine, fan belt is on, pulley turning but the light on the switch is off (usually shines with a green light). I have checked all the locations where a fuse may be located and checked the manual with no luck. The electrical section of the manual shows a 10A fuse for the A/C. Want to check this out before I go to shop and am told "you got to replace the whole system due to its age. I have had this vehicle since 1995 (brought w/19,000 miles) now it has 290,000 miles and never had any A/C problems). I cannot find where the fuse is located - found all the fuse boxes/compartments but none have A/C  10A on it. Can you help?

ANSWER: The 10amp A/C fuse is located on a small relay block under the right side kick panel.

QUESTION: I looked at the right side kicker panel and all I see is a metal box - looks like a computer box or something due to all the wires coming out of it - but I do not see any relay block?

ANSWER: Look up a little higher almost to the dash, let me know if you still don't find it.

QUESTION: I looked up the right side  as far as I could go the only thing left is to remove the engine control box(that is the box with all of the wires) and look inside the sheetmetal wall. I looked upward and I would have to remove all of the duct work for the a/c/heater.  Maybe I am stuck where I have no choice but to take it in to the repair shop. I was hoping I could start with the cheapest review and repair then move up ward - but I realize at times it is difficult for you to provide exact TA given e-mail. I really appreciate the assistance you have provide, because at least I know I have an avenue available that I did not know existed.

Answer
I just checked the parts location diagram again and it shows the a/c fuse to be located on a relay block that has a couple of relays and two fuses, one of them being the 10a a/c fuse under the right side kick panel, sorry, I'm afraid I can't be of any more help.
