Toyota Repair: 96 Geo Prism, coolant temperature sensor, vacuum hoses

Question
Have a '96 Geo Prizm with a Corolla engine.  Has over 100K miles.  Initial problem was that car wouldn't start after filling with gas.  Took home, replaced fuel pump, plugs and wires, but unsure if that fixed anything.  Car will now idle and run perfect until the engine gets warm, which is sometimes about 5 minutes at idle or after driving it a ways.  After the engine warms up, car misses at idle and doesn't go away.  If you're driving along car seems to drive fine until you come to a stoplight when the engine cuts out and can die.

Answer
This could be many things, is the engine light on?
A bad coolant temperature sensor would cause this type of issue.
First thing to do is retrace all your steps and closely inspect
all connections of wires and vacuum hoses under the hood, you
probably bumped something.
