Toyota Repair: no injector trigger, corolla sr5, test tps

i have a 86 corolla sr5 and swapped it to a gts i have all the harness,cluster,engine,and so on ex the rear. my problem is i have no injector trigger i have battery voltage at the injectors. the injectors ohm out ok in spec. i check grounds and test tps i thought it might be the igniter or ecu but swapped them but i really don't know if they were good need help bad

I'm assuming that you also swapped the ECM, check the ground connections for the ECM, check all the brown/black wires at the ecm connectors to body ground, disconnect the connectors from the ecm and check each wire for continuity to body ground, the computer switches the injectors on/off by supplying a ground pulse signal to them.
