Tips on Buying Cars: Hail Damage Discount, hail damage, honda insight

I am interested in purchasing a 2010 Honda Insight.  The dealer told me that the internet price is $18290, but they are offering a $1500 discount on new cars (the Insight included) with slight hail damage.  Should I be asking for a greater discount?  What is a reasonable offer to make?

Hello Crystal, Sorry for the delay, I have been through a hail sell before and we received an average of $3000 per car from the ins co. What they are offering you seems reasonable, If I were you I would let them know if they lowered the price by $500 more you would come buy it today, this usually works. Good Luck
