Toyota Repair: overheating 2001 tocoma 3400 v6, fan clutch, temperature readings

Question
i have replaced fan clutch, thermostat, the radiator is clean it still overheats within about 5 miles. the bottom hose was checked by temp and it was about 50 degrees cooler than the top hose. i am frustrated please help

Answer
50 degrees between the top and bottom hose seems normal, it means the radiator is doing it's job, in other words if the temperature at the top hose is 185 and the bottom is 135 these would be normal readings, I could help a little more if you could tell me the temperature readings of both hoses. Has the cooling system been checked for leaks? Do you have to add coolant? Does the reservoir bottle boil over?
