Toyota Repair: Steering wheel locking and shuddering, power steering fluid, steering wheel

I've been having some problems with my steering wheel when trying to turn at a slow speed, often soon after starting the car. When I try to turn, my steering wheel appears to lock and I can't turn at all (at most a little bit), and the steering wheel also shakes when I try to turn it. Just wondering what is wrong, and what I can do to fix it?

Thw most likely cause is that the power steering unit is malfunctioning and may need to be replaced, aqlso check the power steering fluid under the hood, make sure the fluid is at the full mark, if the fluid is low there may be a leak, if the fluid is full and there are no leaks the steering unit may need to be replaced.
