Toyota Repair: 02 camery XLE, starter solenoid, quality technician

Question
When you try to start the car, it sounds like the fuel pump comes on but nothing happens under the hood. Not even the clicking sound you get when the Battery or starter starts to go bad. Battery is testing good, an the sound appears to be coming from under the car somewhere toward the middle.

It WOULD really help if I knew what engine and how many miles
are on the vehicle !!!!!!

If the battery and clamps are tight and clean then its
most likely the starter solenoid. It needs cleaning, rebuilding,
or replacing. Lets not guess, have a good quality technician
look at it. He will find the issue within 15 minutes.
