Toyota Repair: 89 Cressida starter, bolt and nut, exhaust pipe

Hi ,any tip's or trick's to get the top bolt and nut off the starter? What a pain in the you know what!! Thank's !!!

Loosen the clamp on the exhaust pipe and slide it off the bracket, loosen the three exhaust nuts that connect the pipe to the manifold, remove the rear transmisson mount bolts that hold the mount to the body, the transmission will drop down enough to get a long extension and a swivel socket to the top bolt.
