Toyota Repair: 1992Toyota 4x4 V4 not starting., coolant temp, toyota 4x4

Question
I have a 1992 Toyota 4x4 EFI 4cyl truck that starts fine if the outside temp is over 60 degrees.  Drop below that and it will not start. Any sugestions?  Could It have something to do with a sensor or the cold start injector?

Answer
John,
It could be the coolant temp sensor which can be tested with an
ohm meter, or the cold start injector. First thing is check all
connections. You can test both of these items if you look in a Haynes or Chilton vehicle repair manual that would be at your local library or auto parts store.
