Toyota Repair: 2007 tacoma blinker, timing chain cover, warranty 3yr

Question
My 2007 Tacoma With 5670 miles has an intermittent short that I can't seem to locate, and my local dealer blow it off.I usually only drive the truck on the weekends and when first starting up,backing out of the garage, then the first few miles ,the right turn signal blinks very quickly in spurts. This started as both flashers but now is mainly the right signal.I live with this as I've had the radiator changed, the timing chain cover gasket re-applied, and an A/C leak on the condenser o-ring replaced, (miraculously in only one hour)and would prefer them to not start just changing parts.

Answer
It's still under the factory warranty (3yr/36,000 miles) unless the truck has been in an accident the dealer is obligated to fix the problem. The fast blinking of the right or left turn signals is usually due to the one on the rear not working for some reason or that a wrong bulb is installed or a bad ground or electrical contact, it's not that hard to figure out by a decent technician that has electrical experience, I find it hard to believe that your dealer wouldn't have someone to figure this out unless they just don't want to deal with this which is very unethical and unprofessional.
