Toyota Repair: 2007 Toyota Tacoma 100 amp Fuse, amp fuse, blown fuse

The cigarette lighter and the power outlets in my 2007 Tacoma arent working. So i thought it might be the 100 amp fuse, but the fuse doesnt appear to be blown. First if it is the fuse how do i remove it? And second what else could it be if it isnt a blown fuse? Thanks for any help you can give me!!

The 100A fuse is not the problem,if it was there would be a lot of other things not working, this fuse supplies power to most of the electrical system, have you checked the fuses on the inside on the lower left of the dash behind the cover, check the fuses marked POWER,CIG LIGHTER, GAUGE.
