Toyota Repair: Neutral Safety Switch onm 95 Camry, neutral safety switch, shift cable

Question
have a 95 camry and about six months ago it starting having this problem with it would start fine in the morning but if I were to stop and turn the car off it would not turn over again. At first if i were to wait a few minutes and try it a few time it would turn over again. Then as time were on I was having to wait longer and longer for it to turn over. I have replaced the starter and had a dealership run a dysgonic test. The dysgonic test came back with nothing wrong but the problem still continued. I have had many people tell me that it is the Neutral Safety Switch. My question is am I heading the direction and if I am where would i locate the Neutral Safety Switch in the car?

Answer
The neutral safety switch is located on the transmission near the radiator where the shift cable connects to the transmission, it has an electrical connector on it with a bunch of wires going into it, in some cases the electrical connector gets corroded on the inside, the connector should be removed and the connecting pins on the switch as well as inside the connector should be checked for this.
