Toyota Repair: Replacing lug Stud on 06 rav 4, brake calipers, disc brakes

Question
One of the lug studs is stripped on the front passenger side. Do I need to remove the drum and brake calipers to replace the single lug stud?  Do I need a special tool to remove the drum?  Thanks

David

Answer
David,
There is no drum, only, its disc brakes.
There is a large hole on the lug housing, just rotate
it to line up and use a good drift and hammer to remove the
bad stud.
If you haven't done it before take it to a small repair shop
in your neighborhood, they won't charge much, and you can probably
watch and learn how to do it.
