Toyota Repair: door window not working, toyota rav 4, bottom of the glass

I have a TOYOTA Rav 4 1999, 5 door estate. My driver's side electric window does not work when you press the button. the motor sounds as if it is working, but the window seems to be loose and not connected to any motor cogs that would move it. what is the best way to repair this??

Remove the door panel for inspection, the motor is probably ok, there may be aproblem with the window regulator, or the bolts that connect the window to the regulator may have fallen out or one of the mounting tabs on the bottom of the glass broke off in which case the window should be replaced.
