Toyota Repair: 1992 camry drive train noise and other, toyota camry v6, cv axles

Question
Front Drive train question - I have a 1992 Toyota Camry v6, 177,000 auto.  I have a whine in front - seems like front right side.  It increases as I go faster, and gets lower as I slow down.  Coast in neutral and I get same noise.  Turn wheel slightly right to left when up to speed and the noise is same, no change.  Do I need to replace the right side drive axel / cv joint?  Do I need to check the axel bearing? If so how do you rule that it is either the cv or the axel bearing that needs to be replaced?

Cooling question - When driving on freeway at 60 miles per hour for 35 minuites and pull over for a rest stop I turn the car off and hear a gurgling noise ( kind of like a boiling sound).  I popped the hood and find that the over flow tank is completely full but did not overflow and did not spill out on the ground.  Prior to trip I checked the fluid level before starting and it was between low and high marks. I went ahead and went back out on my trip for another 15 minutes to my destination.  Before turning off the car I  opened the hood and inspected the overflow and and it was now at the top max mark.  It seems that the extra fluid in the overflow tank sucked back into the engine.  Was this normal that after a highway stop and turn the engine off that the overflow tank would fill all way up?  If not normal any suggestions?

Answer
The CV axles do not cause this type of noise, it sounds more like an axle bearing. I's not normal, the level in the tank should stay the same, make sure the engine is not overheating and maake sure that there is no coolant leak, also be sure that the cooling fan turns on when the engine is at operating temperature.
