Toyota Repair: 2005 Toyota Sienna Power Doors, rear hatch, power doors

My passenger side power door has stopped working with the buttons when you give it a tug it will continue to slide closed.  What is the problem with it?  Is this something that would be covered under an extended warranty?

You would have to contact the warranty company to find out if this would be covered or not. The best way to do that would be to take it to the toyota dealer and have the problem diagnosed and they will then contact the extended warranty people to see if the problem is covered. I may be able to have some more information for you but I would need to know if anything else has been done to the vehicle recently, was anything replaced or repaired? Does it have dual sliding doors, does it have the automatic rear hatch door? Do you have a remote and if so do the doors operate normally with the remote? Are there any unusual noises when the door moves? Toyota had issued a few service bulletins regarding sliding door problems, if you could answer the above questions I'll see if any of them apply, to expedite my reply and to be able to send the service bulletin I would need an email address.
