Toyota Repair: replacing rear disc brake on toyota sianna 2005, caliper pistons, brake caliper

What is the procedure to replace them. I was told that the emergency brake adjustment is involved in the procedure !!

The emergency brake shoes are inside the small brake drum, it may be necessary to back off the adjustment wheel so the rotor can be pulled off, the adjustment wheel is located near the bottom inside the drum and can be located using a flashlight, turn the wheel until the rotor turns freely. The brake caliper is removed in two pieces, first the caliper that has the brake piston and then the bracket that holds the brake pads, the caliper pistons can be pressed back in using large channelock pliers.
