Toyota Repair: 1991 Camry LE Electrical, turn signal flasher, wooden toothpick

Question
QUESTION: I just bought this vehicle it is a 4 cyl, 4wd. The power windows, trunk latch and gas cap door latch do not work, have tried changing all of the fuses by the drivers door, nothing seems to work, I have seen another answer that refers to another fuse location under the hood I cannot locate. any response would be great. Thank you

ANSWER: There is a a 30amp circuit breaker located on the junction block that has all the fuses that you checked already, it's about an inch in diameter and has a silver cover with a small hole in it, try to reset the breaker by inserting a wooden toothpick into the openening.

QUESTION: all I can that look anything like what you described, are 4 relays (?) none have a hole in them, what am I missing? Thank you for the fast response and your time.

Answer
The 30 amp power circuit breaker is located right below the turn signal flasher which is located at the top of the relay block behind the left kick panel, remove the breaker and see if there is a way to reset it, it may look different from what I described before but the repair manual indicates it has the reset hole in it. If you need a parts location diagram please foreward an email adress so I can mail it to you.
