Toyota Repair: Toyota A541 vs A540, blown head gasket, camry v6

Hi, not sure where else to turn. Hope you can answer my question.

I'm replacing the engine and trans in my 93 Camry V6 (3vz-fe blown head gasket & A540K trans with shifting problems). I have an imported motor from Japan with the same motor but different transmission (A541). I was wondering what I could do to connect the A541 trans to my car since the electrical connectors are different: My old A540K has 3 wires while the A541 has 9. Are the valve bodies interchangeable? ANY help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The 541 transmission was never imported into the US, you have a real problem, the two transmissions are not compatible, the computer is different as well as the wiring and as you now know a lot of the connectors, I have no idea how it would be possible to make this transmission work in the exhisting car.
