no headlights or parking lights.  high beams will flash only . blinkers work. brake lights work

I don't know how many miles the car has or if it has been in an accident. Get out the owners manual from the glove box, if you don't have one you should buy one from a Toyota dealership, about $10.

Check the relays and fuses under the hood, when you pull the covers
turn them upside down everything is labeled.
