Toyota Repair: Enabling a Disenabled Alarm System, 2007 toyota matrix, toyota matrix

Question
QUESTION: How do I turn back on or reconnect my alarm system in my 2007 Toyota Matrix which was disabled by the dealer?

No alarm parts were removed or taken out by the dealer. The alarm still goes off if I press the panic button on my keyfob! I think my alarm system was factory installed because the keyfob has the Toyota logo embossed on it.

ANSWER: Albert,
You say it was disabled by the dealer, then you say no alarm parts where removed by the dealer, WHICH ONE IS IT?

The alarm is SUPPOSE to go off when you press the panic button!!!!
that tells me its working!!! The alarm will not be set if you lock the
doors with a key or manually lock the doors !!! If you lock the doors
with the remote than the alarm is activated. Go to the dealer, they
will show you how it works !!!

QUESTION: Maybe I didn't make myself clear, the panic button test was to make sure the alarm system is still intact!

Isn't it when you lock or unlock the car with the key fob, all turn signal lights will flash momentarily and you hear the alarm beep once if you are locking the car or the alarm beep twice if you press the unlock button on the key fob.

My key fob does lock and unlock the car but the alarm does not beep to let you know that the car is armed or beep twice if not armed respectively! Also, when you try to force your way into the car or pretend you are stealing the car by bouncing up and down on the whole car, the alarm does not go off!

Answer
Toyota alarms don't have the horn beep every time you set the alarm like other obnoxious cars. Your making this way to difficult.
lock the doors with the alarm, see if the red light is flashing
on the dash or console, if so the alarm is activated! After a few minutes unlock the door with a key.
