Toyota Repair: 2007 FJ cruiser Dash light warning, blown fuse, starter system

Question
I have a 07 FJC with a remote starter installed. The starter works fine as far as firing the engine. The FJ will run fine but when I cut the engine off to restart and drive away the dash lights come on. Check engine light, ABS, VSC and the anti slip.

I have been told this could be one of two things. The 2nd starter/ignition wire wasn't used or possibly a blown ECM fuse. If I have blown a ECM fuse would the FJ still be operable and would the starter still work? If I disconnect the battery the FJ will be show no dash error lights at first but once I start to drive again the error lights come on. Also if I do not use the starter the dash warning lights will cut off and everything is back to normal.

Answer
A blown ECM fuse would not allow it to run normally and not let the starter work, but that doesn't rule out that there may be a blown fuse in another circuit, I would recommend checking all the fuses including the under hood fuses for continuity, persaonally I have no experience with the remote starter system, if all fuses check good then I would recommend contacting the place that installed the remote starter system. It's possible that the remote is interfering with the keyless entry/alarm system.
