Toyota Repair: yellow dash warning light, warning light, bult

I have a yellow dash warning light that I think has something to do with the outside lights on my car.  I seems to show a problewm with the rear lights.
I have checked my lights and replaced 1 bulb (license plate bult) but the light stays on.  When I start the car it is not on, but the moment I touch my brakes it comes on again.  All my other lights are working.

It would really if I knew what make, model, and year of your vehicle! You have answered your own question ! One or more of the brake lights is burned out, or bad connection. Have a friend hold the brake pedal on, watch the brake lights including the cyclops brake light in the back window.
